The traditional classroom has rows of desks and chairs.  It is designed for sitting.  Yet a growing body of medical research suggests that too much sitting is bad for the health.  And breakthroughs in neuroscience indicate that physical activity may even help us learn better.   So how can we allow for more movement in English class?  This webinar provides practical ideas for doing so.
Presenter: Kevin McCaughey combines his love of music, games, and creative writing in his language teaching.  He has trained teachers in 21 countries and has just finished a year as English Language Fellow in South Africa. He has recently worked on a series of language-learning board games for the Office of English Language Programs and has just become a Regional English Language Officer, currently based in Washington D.C.
